 GameStar.de visitted Bohemia Interactive and sat down with Jay Crowe to go through the E3 preview version and discuss each aspect. There will be 7 different videos released. Part IV has been released which is showing a flight over Stratis while discussing the future setting and the possibilities the gameworld gives the player in Arma 3.
In this fourth part we are cruising in a chopper over Stratis and talk about the future setting as well as the different possibilities in the gameworld. We were at Bohemia Interactive and played the ARMA 3 E3-Build with Creative Director Jay Crowe. Sadly we could only film the gameplay however due to that we were able to make 7 different parts while freely discussing the game with the developer. This third video is about the night aspect of the Arma 3 game, the improvements of the lightning and the inventory. We were at Bohemia Interactive and played the ARMA 3 E3-Build with Creative Director Jay Crowe.  Cobra5000 informed us some new screenshots of the Arma 2: Combined Operations DLC Arma 2: Army of the Czech Republic have been released on the official Arma 2 website. |

Multiautis informed us on the Armaholic forums a new Arma 3 video has been released on the Official Arma 3 youtube channel. This new video is an addition to the recently released Arma 3 screenshots from the E3 presentation which we wrote about earlier.

Korneel van 't Land informed us BI revealed the Stratis Island, an additional island in Arma 3, on the offical Arma 3 website.
Prague, Czech Republic, Thursday 19 April 2012 After broadcasting the Stratis teaser earlier this month, Bohemia Interactive has now confirmed an additional island in Arma 3. Situated in the North Aegean and stretching over 19 square kilometres, Stratis adds geographical variety and expands the game’s massive military sandbox. The reveal is supported by a fresh web update, trailer, screenshots and info on the Community Alpha. The web update explains how Stratis - which is located approximately 30 kilometres south west of shores of Limnos (Arma 3’s 300 km2 primary terrain) - was originally supposed to be Greece’s first ‘green’ island, relying completely on renewable energy. However, due to its strategic position, it was repurposed as a military base for the US Army task force, helping them to monitor NATO’s frontline against advancing Iranian forces.
